Event Fees


$45 per player for the first division,

$35 per player for the second division.



Fees include tournament play, shirt, water, snacks, and awards.
Current Westfield Pickleball members receive a $10 discount for each division.




In memory of Kevin, a significant portion of all fees will be donated to non-profit organizations that serve cancer patients.

Westfield Pickleball uses PayPal for payment processing. We never receive or store your payment account information.





Event Format

We want to honor Kevin’s spirit and make this tournament fun and inclusive for all levels of players.



Gherkin — Newer Players (Co-Ed)



No fixed partners. Players will compete in pools (similar to our ladder-league shootouts). Winners from each pool advance to a playoff round for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
While playoffs run, remaining players will remix for another pool round. Expect roughly ~2 hours of fun, competitive play.



Dill — Intermediate (DUPR 3.0–3.49)


Bread & Butter — Adv. Intermediate (DUPR 3.5–3.99)


Spicy — Advanced (DUPR 4.0+)




These divisions begin with a seeding round of single-game play
(game to 21 using rally scoring) to establish bracket rankings,
followed by a standard single-elimination bracket
(all bracket matches are best-of-3 games to 21, rally scoring).




The tournament committee may reclassify players, combine divisions, or adjust the format as needed to ensure a fun, well-paced event that fits within our 14 courts.





Rules & Sportsmanship


  • Players will referee their own matches following the 2025 USA Pickleball Rulebook.

  • Play fair, show respect to teammates, opponents, and volunteers, and demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.





Choosing Your Division


  • Select the division appropriate for the highest-level partner on your team.

  • Each player must complete their own registration form.

  • Please spell your partner’s name correctly to help our volunteer tournament directors.
